Five Faves: Sights & Sounds

Linking up with Hallie again this week to share my fave five from the week. This week I bring you my favorite sights and sounds... Unfortunately, the "sound" I recorded as a memo, so I'm still working on converting it to a non-flash video so all y'all iDevice users can see/hear the sweetness. And here is the hopefully compatible with all devices video. Thank you, YouTube.

~1~

Bedtime singalong.

~2~

Sibling bear hugs.

~3~

Superman with super daddy.

~4~

Crazy wrestling faces.

~5~

Partners in crime. Crimes of cuteness, that is. For now.

Worship Wednesday: Vol. 6 [Newsboys, "God is Not Dead"]

In keeping with the theme of evangelization and Easter for today, I thought this was a perfect fit. In this world that would have us believe that God is a non-factor, an old-fashioned myth to control the masses, this video captures the essence of our message, and the message of Easter. God is NOT dead! Jesus is alive, very much alive!

‘Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen." Luke 24:5

And now, The Newsboys...

Worship Wednesday: Vol. 5 [Casting Crowns, " Until the Whole World Hears"]

In the spirit of the mission given to the first apostles to go and make disciples, here is Casting Crown with "Until the Whole World Hears."

"Ready yourselves, ready yourselves
Let us shine the light of Jesus in the darkest night
Ready yourselves, ready yourselves
May the powers of darkness tremble as our praises rise

Until the whole world hears, Lord, we are calling out
Lifting up your name for all to hear the sound
Like voices in the wilderness, we're crying out
And as the day draws near
We'll sing until the whole world hears"
